 Cryolipolysis, or fat freezing, is a non-surgical treatment that targets stubborn pockets of fat by freezing and destroying fat cells, which your body then flushes out naturally.

Unlike liposuction, this treatment is:

• Non-invasive – no needles, surgery, or scarring
   
• Comfortable – no downtime or recovery period
   
• Quick – most appointments last 30 minutes per area
   
• Effective – visible results in weeks
   

You can drive yourself home or back to work straight after your appointment.

 After years of hands-on experience, I only use the most advanced 360° fat freezing technology for the best possible results.

• 360° cooling treats the entire area more evenly and thoroughly
   
• Other devices only freeze from two sides, or use cold vapour spray — these are less effective at breaking down fat cells
   
• Our applicator gently warms the area first to stimulate blood flow, before cooling it to freeze fat cells
   
• The fat cells crystallise, break down, and are permanently removed by the body over the following weeks
   

Most people don’t feel the freezing process — it’s gentle, and most of my clients relax during treatment.

After fat freezing, the destroyed fat cells break down over 14 days and are then flushed out naturally through your lymphatic system.
